1. What we collect
Your account registration details (name, email, organization name), proposals and documents you create or upload, organization profile data (mission, programs, past funders), payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and platform usage data.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the RoseNexus platform, process subscription payments through Stripe, send service communications (account updates, deadline reminders, billing receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Your proposal data and AI training
Your proposals, documents, and organization data are used solely to provide services to your account. Your data is never used to train AI models or shared with other organizations. Service providers process data as needed to power your RoseNexus account, as described below.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@rosenexus.ai.
5. FERPA and educational data
RoseNexus is designed with FERPA principles for educational data. We do not knowingly collect or process student education records as defined by FERPA. If your use involves student records, compliance with applicable FERPA requirements remains your institution's responsibility.
6. International users and GDPR
If you are in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and export your data. Contact privacy@rosenexus.ai to exercise these rights. We process data based on consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. No advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in browser settings, which may affect platform functionality.
8. Third-party services
Stripe for payment processing. Anthropic for AI capabilities. your content is processed per Anthropic's API terms and is not used for model training. Standard cloud infrastructure for hosting.
9. Children
RoseNexus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact privacy@rosenexus.ai if you believe a child has submitted information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy with notice to registered users by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
