About RoseNexus
Built from inside education. For everyone who does the work.
We built this from the inside.
RoseNexus is an AI grant writing platform for educators, nonprofits, researchers, and universities. We did not build it from the outside looking in.
Our team has spent decades inside educational institutions — K-12 schools, community colleges, universities, and international teaching environments. We have written curriculum, managed programs, navigated institutional budgets, and watched talented colleagues lose funding not because their work was not worthy, but because grant writing is a specialized skill that most schools and nonprofits can never fully staff for.
That experience is not background. It is the reason RoseNexus exists.
What we kept seeing
Across K-12 schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations, the same pattern repeated: programs that deserved funding did not get it — not because the work was not valuable, but because writing a competitive grant proposal requires skills that most educators were never trained in and most institutions can never fully staff for.
A veteran teacher with a transformative STEM program could not get Title I funding because the needs assessment did not hit the right data points. A small nonprofit doing remarkable community mental health work lost a foundation grant because the logic model was not structured the way reviewers expected. A junior faculty member's NIH proposal was returned without review because the page formatting did not meet submission requirements. In every case: the program was real, the need was real, the funding was there. The gap was the proposal.
What we built
RoseNexus brings together what experienced grant writers do instinctively — and makes it available to any organization, regardless of whether they have written ten grants or none.
Grant fit analysis tells you whether a funder is worth pursuing before you invest hours writing. Organizational memory means you explain your mission once and the AI uses that context in every future draft. AI-assisted drafting grounds every proposal in your specific programs, outcomes, and voice — not generic boilerplate. The audit trail preserves every revision, comment, and approval because institutions do not run on informal processes.
Who we serve
K-12 educators and school administrators: principals, curriculum coordinators, district grant offices, and teachers writing their first application. Our education module covers Title I, IDEA, ESSER, E-Rate, and NSF education grants with eligibility checking and compliance language built in — including support for international education environments.
Higher education and research institutions: faculty, research administrators, and university grant offices managing NIH, NSF, DOE, and foundation proposals across multiple investigators and institutional review chains. Built for the compliance requirements and collaborative complexity of academic grant writing.
Nonprofits worldwide: development directors, program staff, and executive directors managing funding relationships, proposal pipelines, and reporting obligations. We support proposals to US foundations, federal programs, and international funders globally. Nonprofit pricing is available for verified organizations after approval: Starter at $24/month and Professional at $99/month.
Our commitment
Your proposal data is yours. It is not used to train AI models and is processed only by providers needed to deliver the service, consistent with our privacy policy. We consider FERPA principles for educational data and institutional security needs in how we build the platform.
RoseNexus is not a generic AI writing tool with a grant writing skin on top. It is a grant platform built by people who understand what it means to write a proposal that wins and what it costs when it does not.
