Terms of Service
Effective date:
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RoseNexus you agree to these terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
RoseNexus provides AI-assisted grant writing tools for educators, nonprofits, researchers, and universities. including grant discovery, proposal drafting, compliance checking, pipeline management, and post-award reporting. Services are provided on a subscription basis with a permanent free tier.
3. Your account
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at registration. Do not share credentials or access another's account without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Use RoseNexus only for lawful purposes. Do not create fraudulent grant applications, misrepresent your organization, violate funder requirements, or attempt unauthorized platform access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all proposals and content you create or upload. By using the platform you grant RoseNexus a limited license to process your content solely to deliver services. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated drafts are provided as starting points and should be reviewed before submission. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of proposals submitted to funders. RoseNexus does not guarantee that proposals will result in funding.
7. Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from account settings. access continues through the end of the billing period with no refund for partial periods. Nonprofit pricing (Starter at $24/month and Professional at $99/month) is available to approved nonprofit organizations after verification.
8. Free tier
The free tier provides 3 grant proposals per month at no cost with no time limit. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.
9. Intellectual property
RoseNexus, its name, logo, and platform are owned by RoseNexus and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its underlying technology without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
RoseNexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that proposals generated will result in funding.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoseNexus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Data is retained for 30 days after deletion then permanently removed unless immediate deletion is requested.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
14. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days notice by email to registered users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
